Party Recipe: Cappuccino Punch

Today’s featured recipe is one I’ve made a bazillion times.  It is always such a hit and it seems like there are never any leftovers.  People devour it.  I mean, who doesn’t love coffee and chocolate.

1 cup Hershey’s syrup

2 cups cold water

2 oz. coffee crystals (instant coffee)

2 cups sugar

2 quarts milk (8 cups)

1/2 – 1 gallon of vanilla ice cream

Mix together syrup and water then  set in refrigerator overnight.  In a large bowl, mix coffee and sugar, pour liquid over the sugar mixture and mix until coffee crystals dissolve.  Pour in milk and then add ice cream.  Serve immediately.
