2 3/4 cup sifted flour

1/2 tsp. salt

1 tsp baking soda

8 ounces unsalted butter

1 tsp. vanilla

1 1/2 cup sugar

1/4 tsp. almond extract

3 large eggs

1 cup sour cream

2 cups coarsely chopped conversation hearts

Preheat oven 350 degrees and grease bunt pan.  In a medium bowl mix flour, salt and soda then set aside.  Cream butter until soft, add sugar, almond extract and vanilla to butter and mix well.  Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each one.  On low-speed mix sour cream and flour to the butter mix, alternating them one at a time until smooth.  Pour 1 1/2 c of batter into pan then fold candy into remaining batter, pour into pan and bake for 1 hour.  Let cool then dust with powder sugar.

Enjoy!  Becca
