Today’s engagement session comes from one of my favorite wedding blogs, Green Wedding Shoes. This lovely engagement session by Wildflowers Photography is a beautiful representation of heritage and love.

“Josephine + Rodney contacted Wildflowers Photography for a sweet and unique engagement session. They told Joy {of Wildflowers Photography} about their dream of having a boat together and seeing the world. So, they brought their dream to life! I just LOVE the sweet photos that Wildflowers Photography captured and how they brought their story to life. Since they fell in love on New Year’s Eve, they thought that “eve” would be the perfect name for their pretty boat. Joy’s husband Donny built the boat and she filled it to the brim with hundreds + hundreds of wildflowers for her maiden voyage. Such a lovely evening with the softest glow of the sun as they set the boat into the moss at the water’s edge. Gorgeous photos and congrats to Josephine + Rodney on your engagement!”

“The lovely hair piece was made by gracylu originals. Big thanks to Wildflowers Photography for letting me share their work again today. See even more from the session (along with some photos of the behind the scenes) here on their blog.”
And a big thanks to Green Wedding Shoes for sharing this session with us. Beautiful work as always.

Instead of registering, Visra + Chris asked guests to bring an unwrapped book for their ever expanding collection. Guests shelved the books on a rustic bookshelf.
